The Art of Thriving in Relationships
A 6-week live course for learning and practicing how to really face yourself, communicate honestly, navigate conflict and change, and build relationships that can grow with you! Within this course you will not just be “receiving” information and another set of “things to try”, you will actually get live practice experience and coaching. You don't need to learn how to make someone chase you, decode their texts, or become the “right” version of yourself so they'll choose you.
You need relationship skills.
The kind that help you know what you actually want, and how to articulate it
The kind that help you hear no without falling apart.
The kind that help you navigate challenging conversations when things go sideways. You know when things don’t turn out quite as planned? Yeah, THOSE!
The Art of Thriving in Relationships is a practical, experiential course for people who want more honesty, intimacy, freedom, connection, and joy in their relationships.
Whether you're out in the dating fields, in a new romantic relationship or long-term one, or simply wanting to understand your relationship patterns more deeply, you are welcome!
And yes- you don't have to wait until your relationship is
falling apart
to learn relationship skills.

We’re honored to have our work recognized in a range of publications, platforms, and press features.
I've been in a committed relationship for almost seven years—and we're happier now than when we started.
Not because we've figured it all out. Hell no!
We've misunderstood each other, disappointed each other, changed, had difficult conversations, repaired after rupture, and learned how to find and give each other both support and freedom. And every year we learn more!
I've also spent years studying, practicing and sharing, Nonviolent Communication, embodied and somatic approaches to relationship & mindfulness, and relationship research, including work from the Gottman Institute.
I'm not teaching this because I've figured relationships out.
I'm teaching it because I've practiced it. I've gotten it wrong. I've learned. I've repaired. And I want to share skills with you!
