Helping you feel nourished and come home to yourself.

My Roots

I grew up surrounded by integrative medicine and hands-on healing. My father, a holistic chiropractor, introduced me early to the body’s innate intelligence, while my mother taught me the power of trust, care, and intuition. These roots shaped my understanding of wellness—and planted the seed for the work I do now.

But even with that foundation, I still lost my voice in relationships.
Bullied by other girls at a young age, I learned that staying small kept me safe. I became the peacemaker, the one who held it all together—until the cost was too high. Years of people-pleasing left me disconnected, resentful, and unsure of what I really needed.

When I discovered Compassionate Communication as a teen, something shifted. I began to speak up—not to fight, but to be real. I learned how to stay honest and connected. That was the beginning of a path I’ve been walking ever since.

I earned a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, where I studied psychology, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and biology—curious about how humans heal and thrive. For a time, I pursued chiropractic school, following in my father’s footsteps. But I came to see that while I deeply valued that lineage, my calling was in something more relational. I stepped away and turned fully toward the emotional, somatic, and interpersonal dimensions of healing.

For over a decade, I’ve studied and practiced Nonviolent Communication, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Relational Somatic Healing. This work isn’t just something I offer—it’s something I live. And it’s the foundation I return to again and again, in my relationships, my marriage, and my work.

Another kind of widsom came to me through food and fire.

From crafting my lemon meringue pie at age 5 to making salads behind the counter at 15, I’ve grown up in kitchens- experimenting and refining. I’ve been “playing” in the kitchen for over 20 years and my culinary experience is shaped by fast paced kitchens, throughout the western states.

My cooking is ingredient-focused, seasonally inspired, and tailored to individual needs. Whether I’m working with paleo, low-amylose, gluten-free, or gut-healing protocols, I create meals that are as nourishing as they are memorable.
