You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Together, we untangle old patterns and build new ways of relating—with yourself and others.
I know what it’s like to lose your voice in relationships.
Bullied by other girls at a young age, I learned early that shrinking myself made things easier—for everyone but me.
Years of people-pleasing left me disconnected, resentful, and unsure of what I really needed.
When I found Compassionate Communication as a teen, something shifted. I began to speak up—not to fight, but to be real. I learned how to stay honest and connected. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade studying and practicing NVC, along with Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Relational Somatic Healing.
I lean on these same tools in my own life—especially in my marriage—every single day.
If you’re ready to find your voice, break old patterns, and show up more fully in your relationships—I’m here to walk with you.
